2.1 Age Requirement

The goob11 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. goob11 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the goob11 Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, goob11 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any Balances or Bonus Funds held within them.

2.3 Accurate Information

Players must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. This includes, but is not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Any material change in personal details must be notified to goob11 support without undue delay. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Verification (KYC)

goob11 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible platform standards. Players may be required to submit identity documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification — and proof of payment method ownership. goob11 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Players should retain copies of submitted documents for their own records.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

goob11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank internet banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). goob11 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party wallet transfers from unverified sources.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits may apply per payment channel and will be displayed at the time of transaction. goob11 reserves the right to amend these thresholds with reasonable notice to Players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within five (5) minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. goob11 may delay withdrawal processing for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. No interest accrues on Account Balances pending withdrawal.

4.4 Own Funds Requirement

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. goob11 will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Where a third-party deposit is identified, goob11 reserves the right to reverse the transaction, withhold withdrawal of those funds, and request documentary evidence of fund ownership before any further action is taken.

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on the goob11 Platform are final and binding once confirmed. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that all bet details — including market selection, stake amount, and odds — are correct before confirming a wager. goob11 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation, except in circumstances where a market is voided at the discretion of goob11 in accordance with clause 6.3 below.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. goob11 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or for any Player at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

6.3 Void Bets & Market Suspension

goob11 reserves the right to void any bet or suspend any market at any time, including where: (a) a clear pricing error has occurred; (b) an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without sufficient play; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns; or (d) a technical error has affected the integrity of the market. Voided bet stakes are returned to the Player's real-money Balance.

6.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets on cricket matches — including BPL, IPL, and ICC fixtures — are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting real-time match developments. goob11 cannot guarantee that live odds remain available for the full duration between a Player clicking "Place Bet" and the bet being confirmed by the system. Where the odds change materially between these two events, the Player will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the wager.

goob11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its Players. We provide account-level tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features. Players who believe their gambling may be causing harm are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek support from qualified organisations.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling is intended as entertainment and carries a risk of financial loss. goob11 does not guarantee any positive financial outcome from betting or playing casino games. 10.1 No Warranties

The goob11 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. goob11 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of any information displayed on the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability.

10.2 Limitation of Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, goob11's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises. goob11 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

10.3 Force Majeure

goob11 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or cyberattacks.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the goob11 Platform, you agree to first contact goob11 support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. goob11 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary to prevent imminent harm.
